"A splendid end to Anderson's Treyton Templeton Saga!"

Treyton Templeton makes a welcome return to his nefarious ways with a crime yarn that turns the air so blue
you can swim in it in Anderson’s latest release Who Scares Wins!

The third release in Anderson’s Treyton Templeton series and the “Final Twisted Tale” in the saga Who
Scares Wins is another lethal diversion for fans of the Crime and LGBTQ+ genres with Anderson taking us
so deep into Templeton’s character you can feel him lurking in the shadows as you turn the pages.

Featuring a stellar cast of supporting characters Anderson’s narrative flair is once more evident with a deftly woven plot that keeps the intrigue percolating and the body count soaring ever higher!  A plot that’s cleverly constructed, sensationally stylish and darkly hilarious with Anderson bringing a lived-in believability to Templeton’s character that is wholly intoxicating.

As with Templeton’s previous forays in The Omnipotent and Colosseum, it’s all here: the ingenious, obscenity-laced language, the
double-crosses that turn into triple crosses and the swaggering characters in love with themselves with Anderson scoring a perfect 10 for sheer cleverness.

Far too many crime fiction authors simply blend and recycle elements of novels previously released but Anderson’s palpable enthusiasm and unapologetic passion for the character he’s created won’t allow him to do that. As with his previous releases Who Scares Wins is something entirely fresh and infectiously entertaining where its reach never exceeds its grasp because like all good satirists Anderson knows that too much realism will weaken the effect as he lunges for our collective viscera and doesn’t let go till the last page

Another deliciously dark and highly enjoyable head trip from Anderson Who Scares Wins proves a splendid end to his Treyton Templeton Saga and is unreservedly recommended!

London author Robin Anderson has polished his recipe for entertainment to a fare-thee-well. He creates
impossibly ludicrous characters who happen to bounce off each other in the most unexpected way, fills his
stories with incidents that can only fall into the 'naughty range', and yet his manner of writing is so
sophisticated and solid that about one fourth of the way through his books the reader realizes the farce is
meant as good-humored fun and should not be taken too seriously or dissected or analyzed because the
author is always just around the corner (or on the next page) with another guffaw to top all previous ones.
WHO SCARES WINS is the final volume of the Treyton Templeton saga, and for first timers, Robin states, ‘The name is Treyton Templeton and I’m a multiple killer or – as the tabloids wish to blare – a serial killer.’ Or as we now describes himself in this episode, ”Oh, I’m the king of my castle though some say I’m a dirty rascal,” crooned Treyton Templeton eyeing himself in the full length dressing mirror as he adjusted the diamond-encrusted sporran against his I flamboyant Templeton tartan kilt.’ This final episode proves to be the wittiest and most involving!

An overview of the antics - ‘Billionaire slayboy Treyton Templeton’s ambitions hold no horizons. Albeit a Roman Emperor, a Scottish king,
a Dueño del Rancho, or a souvenir collector extraordinaire: the flamboyant, ruthless, narcissistic, hedonistic young man a living exemplification of who scares wins. From his sumptuous Italian villa, Villa Jovis Il Secondo, his spectacular Manorken Estate with its questionable Colosseum Treyton Templeton, his Highland castle with its private terracotta army, to his spellbinding Argentinian Rancho Tourney Templeton (named in honour of Tournedos, his loyal, boleadoras licking four-legged friend), Treyton Templeton continues to blithely sow the evil which he so delights to reap. After all, he is omnipotent. However, will long-standing rival, wealthy South African wine grower, Brian Van der Westhuizen, finally win the day, or will it be teenage Wonder Woman, Charlotte (Charlie) Hoopes and her two loyal accomplices, who go for gold.’

Admittedly a devoted fan, this reader believes Robin is one of a kind, and thank goodness he keeps us so beautifully entertained. Very highly recommended.
